1. You can submit your helpdesk requests or enquiries by email to thei-it-helpdesk@thei.edu.hk. The ticket will be generated to you automatically for keep track the status of request and enquiry.


2. Submit your requests or enquiries via THEI IT Helpdesk Portal. Guidelines are listed as below:

1. Visit the THEi IT Helpdesk Portal (https://it-helpdesk.thei.edu.hk/support/home) and click "New Support Ticket"


2. Insert all necessary information, then, click "SUBMIT". 

3. The ticket will be generated to you automatically to keep track of the status of the request and enquiry.
